These terms and conditions apply to the Cosmo Puzzle app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by FIRST POINT YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. We strongly recommend that you read and understand these terms thoroughly before proceeding.

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to:

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is committed to ensuring the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to:

• Charge for specific services in the future.

Any such charges will be clearly communicated to you before they are implemented.

The Application stores and processes personal data to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. These actions:

• Compromise your phone's security features.
• May expose your device to malware and viruses.
• May cause the Application to malfunction or stop working entirely.

• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Unity

The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application's performance if you do not have an active internet connection or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

You are responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile network provider (including roaming charges if used abroad).

If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained permission from them.

While we strive to keep the Application updated and accurate, we rely on third parties for certain information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your reliance on the Application's functionality or your device's failure (e.g., battery depletion).

The Service Provider may update the Application to remain compatible with new operating system versions. You agree to accept updates to continue using the Service.

We also reserve the right to cease providing the Application or terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination:

• All rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.
• You must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
